Important information
- My aim is to have satisfied customers and therefore I want to provide good quality cards and a prompt service. If there are any problems I would like you to tell me so that they can be sorted out quickly. I want my customers to return. I will always take any complaint seriously and deal with it as soon as possible.
- Choose your items
- E-mail me at debbie.townsend@cardflairanddesigns.co.uk with your name, E-mail address and name and number of card or book. e.g. Get Well (03)
- A confirmation E-mail will be sent confirming stock availability and payment details.
- Preferred payment is through Paypal. Follow the instructions attached to the invoice. Paypal accept all major cards and is safe and secure for both parties.
- Once payment is received a dispatch note will be sent confirming your order has been posted. Allow 3-5 days for delivery.
- If the goods arrive damaged a full refund including postage will be given. Please return the damaged goods.
- If you are not satisfied with the item please return it in good condition and a full refund will be given.
- Always supply me with your E-mail address, name and full postal address including post code.
- Postage will vary according to size and weight. Minimum will be 50p for a single card and if more than one is ordered it will go up according to weight. Minimum for one small book will be £2.75p but will vary depending on size and weight. I will always let you know at the time of ordering.
- My preferred payment is paypal but if you wish to pay by check or postal order goods will not be sent until they are cleared by the bank. Allow 7-10 days.
